How can i do an exchange?
We understand that you may wish to exchange your product after receiving it
You would be able to exchange it within 7 days from receiving your order at any of our retail stores excluding departmental stores
Item should not be wash, worn and with tags intact
No refund is allowed
How much is shipping fee?
We charge a flat rate of SGD $5 for local orders. Free shipping for orders above $50 nett.
How will my order be sent?
We ship via Qxpress for most orders and SmartPac for smaller orders (ie: panties).
Orders are packed using high quality kraft boxes and seal using polymailers to minimize damage during delivery.
How can i track my order?
You can check the delivery status for
Qxpress by entering your tracking code here www.qxpress.asia/tracking , once your parcel is shipped, you will find the tracking code in the delivery email.
SmartPac by entering the delivery note's number (e.g. SM000000001SG)via our Track Item tool, tracking number will be provided in the delivery email.
When will i receive my order?
Typically you may expect to receive your order 2 to 5 working days upon order confirmation.
However, shipments may be delay during peak periods.
Can i choose time slot delivery?
We regret to inform that delivery timing of arranged by Qxpress, we are not able to arrange time slot delivery.
Usual delivery timing by Qxpress is 9am to 10pm.
How happens if i did not receive my parcel?
Track Qxpress parcel and let us know if you didn't receive your parcel by contacting customer care.
Please quote the SmartPac delivery note's number (e.g. SM000000001SG), date of posting, Sender's and Recipient's address and particulars via Contact Us. We will investigate and revert to you on the outcome of our investigation. There is a possibility of the SmartPac being returned to the Sender if the Recipient's address and/or details are incorrect or incomplete. You may check on the delivery status via our Track Item tool.
How do i receive my order if i am not at home?
SmartPac will be delivered to your letterbox and the delivery note will be signed by the Postman.
Qxpress will be calling you and do a re-delivery if no one is in.
Which countries do you ship to?
As at this moment, we only ship locally within Singapore.
However, we are looking to do international shipping in future, subscribe to our newsletter so you will be informed once this option is possible.
Do you do Cash-on-delivery (COD)?
At this moment, we accept only credit card payment (Visa & MasterCard) and through Paypal.
