Ordering

Changes to orders

We process orders quickly, so we’ll do our very best to help you with any changes in your order as long as the order has not been picked up by the courier company. Send us a email as soon as possible at dm@youngheartslingerie.com

Cancelling of Orders

We do our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure that it is processed and delivered promptly. This means that we will be unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation.

Shipping

I have yet to receive my parcel, what can I do?

You should receive a confirmation that your order has been shipped out with the tracking details:

If you are unable to track your order, please email us at dm@youngheartslingerie.com with your order number.

My order status is fulfilled, does that mean it should have been delivered?

Status 'fulfilled' simply means your order has been packed by our warehouse team and it's currently on the way to you.

You will receive a shipping confirmation shortly with the tracking information.

Our logistics partner will be delivering your order to your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days.

How long do I have to wait for my orders to arrive?

Orders once received will be processed quickly.

However, do allow slight delay for orders during peak season / sale events.

Your order will usually take between 3 to 10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my products?

Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for all panties sold online. For other products, we will allow exchanges within 7 days at our shops.

We urge you to refer to our size chart to determine your best-fit size before making your purchases.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

We do our utmost to ensure that all items sold are of the highest quality. However, should you have a concern about a faulty or damaged item, please email us at dm@youngheartslingerie.com, so that we can urgently review the matter for you!

What if the wrong product has been delivered to me?

If the product received does not correlate with the product you ordered, please email us at dm@youngheartslingerie.com within 7 days of receiving the product, so that we can urgently review the matter for you and re-ship to you the correct product!

How will refunds be processed?

Should a refund be given due to our inability to fulfill an order, the refund amount will be credited back in to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Dependent on your bank, it may take a business day or two for the refund to be reflected in your statements.
