SHIPPING TIME
Orders will be processed for shipping within 1 – 5 working days.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed in the next 1-5 working days, as our operation time is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm only.
During peak seasons such as sitewide discounts or sales events, order processing may take longer.
Please allow another 1 – 5 business days for your parcel to reach you.
TRACK YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email with the order details and tracking information will be sent to you.
Once your parcel is marked as shipped, we will send out a shipping confirmation email with a link and tracking number for your tracking purposes.
You can also track your parcel via SPX Express tracking page with the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.
PACKAGING
All our orders are packed in either craft boxes or poly mailer bags.

Local Delivery - We have partnered with SPX Express for our last-mile delivery. You may visit SPX Express tracking page to track your parcel with the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS / REQUEST
We are unable to accommodate special delivery requests, including delivery on a specific day, date, time, or to an alternative location. We are also unable to arrange for the courier to call before or upon delivery.
