How to go on no bra?
1. Clean and dry your skin. Avoid oil, lotion and powder.
2. Apply nipple covers to protect the most sensitive areas.
3. Measure the size then place on desires areas.
4. Start under the boob gently stretch onto your skin.

How to remove?
1. Completely saturate the tape in coconut oil and soak through the adhesive for 15min and it start loosening.
2. Slowly pull the tape off. Apply more oil if needed. Use a cotton ball and oil to remove any remaining glue.
