Instructions for use:
NOTE: If this is your first time using our nipple covers, please make sure you are not allergic to the adhesive by doing a patch test on your inner wrist first.
1. Clean your nipples with soap and water to remove any body oil from the skin.
2. Do not apply moisturisers and make sure your nipples are dry and oil free.
3. Remove the plastic covering at the back and apply firmly over your nipples.
4. After using, wash under clean running water and leave it on a flat surface to air dry.
5. Replace the plastic covering on the sticky side after drying.
6. Do not use soap to wash and do not wipe dry, it will cause the adhesive to loss its stickiness.
7. It is advisable to remove your nipple covers at the end of the day.
