TRACK YOUR PARCEL
You will receive a notification email once your order is packed.
Once the parcel is scanned and picked up by courier, the tracking detail will start to show in the tracking page.
SHIPPING METHOD
Orders are packed using high quality kraft boxes and internal layer by parchment paper to minimize damage during delivery.
Self collect in store is currently per on request and subject to store availability.
OUR SHIPPING PARTNER
We are partnering with J&T for last mile delivery.
Once your parcel is mark as shipped, our system will trigger a shipping confirmation email with tracking number.
From there, you will be able to click on the link in the email to track your parcel.
Alternatively, you may visit J&T tracking page to track your parcel.
